At MARCMAN, we take pride in delivering premium-quality products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Exchanges

All products purchased from MARCMAN are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We do not offer exchanges for size or color preferences.

An exchange will only be accepted within 3 days of delivery if one of the following conditions applies:

  • The item received is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The item received is incorrect or does not match the original product ordered.

Exchange Not Accepted In the Following Cases

We will not be able to process an exchange if:

  • The exchange request is made after the allowed time frame.
  • The product has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • The product has been tampered with.
  • Any item is missing from the package, including:
    • Original packaging
    • Price tags
    • Labels
    • Freebies
    • Accessories
