Exchange Policy

At MARCMAN, we do not offer returns or refunds on any purchased products. However, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligible Exchange Reasons

An exchange request will be accepted within 3 days of delivery if:

·       The customer requires a different size of the same product.

·       The item received is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

·       The item received is incorrect or does not match the product originally ordered.

Exchange Request Process

To request an exchange, customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving their order through any of the following channels:

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, customers must provide clear photographic evidence via email within 3 days of delivery for the claim to be reviewed.

Important Notes

·       Exchanges are only available for size changes or damaged/incorrect products.

·       Exchanges are not offered for changes in color preference, design preference, or any reason other than those stated above.

·       All exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and MARCMAN reserves the right to approve or reject any request.

·       If an exchange request is approved, a replacement item will be dispatched accordingly, subject to stock availability.

If approved, a replacement will be sent. Customers must email clear photographic evidence of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item to info@marcmanstore.com within 7 days of purchase for the claim to be processed.

Exchange Not Accepted In the Following Cases

We will not be able to process an exchange if:

  • The exchange request is made after the allowed time frame.
  • The product has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • The product has been tampered with.
  • Any item is missing from the package, including:
    • Original packaging
    • Price tags
    • Labels
    • Freebies
    • Accessories

Returns

Returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

Packaging & Condition Requirements (For Approved Exchanges)

For an exchange to be processed, the item must be returned in original condition with:

  • Original packing
  • Price tags intact
  • Labels attached
  • Freebies and accessories included

Shipping Costs

Please note that customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs, which may vary depending on the city.
